A Special Breathwork Session To Help You Sleep

On today’s episode, I wanted to give you a glimpse into what is possible through Breathwork..


As many of you know that I conduct Breathwork healing circles on Zoom every week on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, and these sessions have been really helpful in helping people cope with what’s going on globally during this pandemic, but also reduce stress, calm their minds, relax their nervous systems and open up to possibility.


But there are SO MANY more of you out there that can potentially benefit from these sessions, but maybe you’re wondering whether breathwork is really as effective as people say it is...


That’s why today – we’re going to do a Breathwork session!


A couple of things to keep in mind: 


Please do this Breathwork session in a safe and comfortable place where no one will disturb you. Do not attempt this while driving or even when submerged in water. This session is really effective for sleep, so I’d reserve this session for when you’re done with dinner and preparing for sleep in the evening.
